Technical Product Manager - AI Investing

Bjak is a leading financial technology company dedicated to making insurance and financial services accessible to millions across Southeast Asia. We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-powered Investing Superapp, ensuring our products are reliable, secure, and highly impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering teams, focusing on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and system scalability.
• Drive complex trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate regulatory compliance into the product, including KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy standards.
• Apply AI strategically to improve user outcomes while maintaining clear evaluation frameworks and human oversight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with complex technical products from strategy to production.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, remittance, or trading.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers to review and contribute to technical designs.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, with a deep understanding of reliability and evaluation.
