Technical Product Lead - AI Stockbroking

BJAK is a leading financial technology company dedicated to making financial services accessible and smarter for millions. We are currently building an AI-native Stockbroking Superapp for Southeast Asia and are looking for a Technical Product Lead to own a product vertical end-to-end.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product vertical from strategy and roadmap definition through to delivery and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs, focusing on APIs, data flows, security, and system scalability.
• Integrate complex regulatory requirements, including KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy, directly into the product architecture.
• Implement AI solutions where they provide genuine value, ensuring clear evaluation, human oversight, and system reliability.
• Align cross-functional teams including Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless product execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with complex technical products in regulated domains like fintech, banking, or trading.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, distributed systems, and API design with the ability to contribute to technical discussions.
• Proven experience in making difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, with a deep understanding of evaluation frameworks and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team.
