Technical Product Lead - AI Stockbroking App

Bjak is building an AI-native Stockbroking Superapp designed to transform financial services across Southeast Asia. We are seeking a Technical Product Lead to own a product vertical end-to-end, ensuring our platforms for payments, trading, and wealth management are reliable, secure, and innovative.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product vertical from strategy and roadmap definition through to delivery and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs, including APIs, data flows, ledgering, and system scalability.
• Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy directly into the product architecture.
• Apply AI solutions where they genuinely improve user outcomes, while maintaining strict safeguards and human oversight.
• Align cross-functional teams including Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless product execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with complex technical products.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Proven experience in regulated domains such as fintech, banking, insurance, or trading.
• Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, with a focus on reliability and evaluation frameworks.
