Technical Product Lead - AI Investing

Bjak is a leading financial platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to making insurance and financial services accessible to millions. We are currently building an AI-powered Investing Superapp and are seeking a Technical Product Lead to own a product vertical end-to-end, driving strategy, technical design, and delivery in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering, focusing on APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
• Drive critical trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate regulatory needs such as KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into the product architecture.
• Implement AI solutions where they genuinely improve outcomes, ensuring clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with complex technical products from strategy to production.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineers to review and contribute to technical designs.
• Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate difficult trade-offs under technical and operational constraints.
