Technical Product Analyst

Link Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex scientific requirements and scalable technical solutions, ensuring high-quality data integration and governance across our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define converter scopes, acceptance criteria, and release readiness requirements in alignment with internal SDLC and data governance standards.
• Lead discovery sessions with scientists and subject matter experts to capture data fields and oversee semantic mapping to Allotrope Ontologies.
• Guide quality engineering squads through source-to-target data validation, defect triage, and audit readiness processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between business, product, and engineering teams to manage dependencies and resolve delivery risks.
• Drive process standardization by creating reusable validation assets and embedding risk-based decision-making into the converter lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in data engineering, integration, or management with a focus on data modeling, transformation, and quality assurance.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), data governance principles, and data lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams, managing project risks, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
