Technical Problem Solver / Puzzle Solver

Micro1 is seeking a Technical Problem Solver to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in competitive programming to create Reinforcement Learning Environments that challenge AI models to reason and solve complex problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust checkers for competitive programming problems that support multiple valid outputs.
• Evaluate and validate participant submissions against complex problem statements to ensure high-quality model training data.
• Develop clear, maintainable code in C++ to assess diverse outputs and handle edge cases efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to fine-tune problem requirements and clarify ambiguous scenarios.
• Document checker logic and provide detailed feedback on test cases to improve overall system performance.
