Technical Lead (.NET/Angular)

Creatio is a leading AI CRM and workflow platform that empowers organizations to automate complex business processes at scale. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our ALM Domain, where you will play a pivotal role in evolving our .NET Core platform and driving technical excellence across our global engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes in collaboration with system architects.
• Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end code while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Continuously monitor and optimize development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Drive the adoption of innovative tools, industry standards, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Mentor developers, conduct technical interviews, and facilitate professional growth within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience with full-stack expertise in .NET and Angular.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical lead or team lead role guiding engineering teams.
• Strong mastery of object-oriented programming and solid application of KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles.
• Proficiency in C# and modern .NET runtime environments, including ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
• Deep knowledge of Angular 15+ with experience building components in a monorepo using RXJS.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
