Technical Lead (.Net)

emagine Polska is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to design and implement innovative solutions using OutSystems. You will act as a bridge between technical and business teams, driving the architectural vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project execution, driving the functional and technical vision of the solution from ideation to production.
• Design, size, and build innovative and enterprise scalable solution architectures based on business needs.
• Act as the senior technical player on the team, participating hands-on in development activities while ensuring overall technical quality.
• Mentor the development team on architecture and best practices, fostering technical growth within the organization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and resolve technical impediments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of software development experience, including 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in web or mobile application development, solution design, and architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with agile, scrum, and iterative software development methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
