Technical Lead Engineer - AI Systems & Node.js & Nest.js

PEOPLEMORE is a dynamic technology company that builds comprehensive digital projects for clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Engineer to join our team and take ownership of backend architecture for advanced AI-driven systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design robust backend architecture and contribute high-quality production code.
• Lead key technical decisions regarding system scalability, security, and performance.
• Work extensively with a modern stack including Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Implement event-driven architectures and manage complex background job processing.
• Ensure high standards of security through OAuth, RBAC, and audit logging.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in production backend development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including query optimization and indexing.
• Experience with asynchronous systems, queues, and data isolation patterns.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding and architectural decision-making.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
