Technical Enablement Manager

Doppel is a rapidly growing Series C startup building the future of social engineering defense. We are looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to own technical readiness across our customer-facing teams, ensuring our Solutions Engineers and Customer Success professionals have the deep product knowledge and technical skills needed to deliver value to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own technical readiness programs for SE, CS, and technical audiences across the organization.
• Design and deliver technical learning paths, hands-on labs, certifications, and assessments to ensure team proficiency.
• Lead technical onboarding for new hires, establishing clear milestones and validation processes.
• Manage technical release readiness for new products and features, ensuring teams are prepared for major launches.
• Identify readiness gaps and implement coaching or training programs to improve performance over time.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, or technical training.
• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to create engaging learning content, including workshops, labs, and certifications.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Experience using data and assessments to measure the impact of enablement programs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
