Technical Due Diligence Manager- Data Centers, EMEA

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy, building a full-stack platform that supports developers and enterprises. We are looking for a Technical Due Diligence Manager to join our Infrastructure Acquisition Group and evaluate the technical feasibility of AI infrastructure opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and strategic infrastructure projects.
• Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, and utility studies required for site evaluation.
• Procure and manage external engineering consultants from initial scope to final recommendation.
• Interpret complex technical findings and present risks, constraints, and development recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop and improve due diligence templates, playbooks, and review processes to ensure consistent standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, entitlements, and utility coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear business recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
