Technical Delivery Project Manager

Formula5 is seeking a Technical Delivery Project Manager to join our Delivery Excellence team. You will serve as the operational backbone of our client engagements, ensuring that our projects are delivered with the highest quality while managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements, establishing project structures and driving execution.
• Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and setting clear expectations.
• Manage project budgets with rigor, tracking actuals against forecasts to protect margins.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, resource assignments, and critical path dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams, removing blockers and resolving conflicts to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft cloud and infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels, from working teams to executive stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
