Technical Delivery & Operations Lead – Casino Engineering

Hard Rock Digital is a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We are looking for a Technical Delivery & Operations Lead to improve coordination, visibility, and execution effectiveness across our Casino Engineering department.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary coordination point for Casino Engineering delivery and technical topics with Product and other Technology units.
• Coordinate and structure delivery plans across teams into a coherent, cross-team view, covering both product-driven and technical initiatives.
• Drive the ongoing maintenance of the Casino Engineering technical roadmap, including architecture evolution and platform improvements.
• Establish, track, and evolve delivery and productivity metrics to provide meaningful insight into team performance.
• Work with Engineering Managers to ensure consistent and effective use of productivity and delivery tools like Jira.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Strong experience in technical delivery coordination, technical project management, or engineering operations.
• Proven experience working with internal technical and product stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Ability to work effectively through influence rather than authority.
• Highly comfortable using AI and AI-powered tools to support analysis, planning, and day-to-day decision-making.
