Technical Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of software delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment, from requirements definition to final deployment.
• Participate in high-level technical design, architecture reviews, and trade-off discussions to balance business scope with system scalability.
• Proactively identify project blockers, technical dependencies, and architecture-level risks to safeguard delivery schedules.
• Manage effective communication channels across cross-functional engineering teams, solution architects, and product managers.
• Develop and track precise resource allocation and sprint work plans mapped against product release schedules.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT roles with a strong track record in managing agile delivery cycles.
• Practical experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including cloud networking and security.
• Deep familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), automated testing, and advanced Jira/Confluence tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes infrastructure, Helm charts, and Docker ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of microservices frameworks and CI/CD automation pipelines like GitLab-CI or Jenkins.
