Technical Delivery Manager

Avenga is seeking an independent, dynamic, and proactive Technical Delivery Manager to lead distributed technical teams. You will be responsible for balancing planned development work with ongoing operational support, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and that technical processes are continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Leading quarterly and sprint planning sessions, establishing project timelines, and managing communication with key stakeholders.
• Maintaining precise tracking of all initiatives, epics, and tasks within JIRA to ensure project transparency.
• Managing operational requests and incident workflows, including coordinating post-mortem action items and reporting.
• Leading weekly synchronization meetings and reporting on project milestones and team achievements.
• Driving technical operations processes by actively pushing tasks forward and setting the agenda for team initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager within infrastructure or DevOps-focused environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub, with familiarity in monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Strong practical knowledge of the SCRUM framework and established incident management processes.
• Experience collaborating effectively within international, distributed teams across different time zones.
• High level of proactivity and independence, with the ability to set the tone for meetings and drive project progress.
• Fluency in English for daily communication with global teams and openness to using AI tools to optimize workflows.
