Technical Content Creator - Pear/ Bare/ P2P (100% Remote Worldwide)

Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Technical Content Creator to join our global team and showcase the practical power of our peer-to-peer stack. This role is designed for a highly technical individual who can bridge the gap between low-level infrastructure, cryptography, and functional application development.

Key responsibilities

• Build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using the Pear platform and Bare runtime.
• Record clear, high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demos that explain how the code works and the value of the systems.
• Translate complex protocol updates and technical documentation into visual, digestible developer content like code-along videos and guides.
• Collaborate with core protocol and engineering teams to stay ahead of upcoming features and provide technical assets for developer adoption.
• Rapidly prototype application concepts to demonstrate how developers can launch resilient, serverless products.

Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in technical content creation, solutions engineering, or backend/systems development.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as NodeJS or C++ to interact with networking and runtime internals.
• Solid understanding of P2P networking, distributed systems, and decentralized application architecture.
• Experience recording and editing polished technical screen-shares and video tutorials.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, distributed environment.
