Technical Consultant Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team and drive enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, playing a key role in CRM transformation and system integration within a global industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop custom plugins, APIs, and Azure Functions using C# and .NET to address complex business logic.
• Design and maintain scalable interfaces between CRM and core systems using Azure Logic Apps and Service Bus.
• Manage end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment governance.
• Implement Customer Data Platform concepts and evaluate emerging technologies like Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Proven experience in designing and operating enterprise interfaces and CRM transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, release management, and solution governance.
• Ability to estimate implementation efforts, identify technical risks, and articulate architecture to stakeholders.
