Technical Consultant - R&D Cloud Solutions (Remote)

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our R&D Cloud Solutions team. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted partner to life sciences organizations, helping them evolve their cloud platforms through expert advisory and hands-on configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains.
• Act as a strategic advisor translating client needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending best practices.
• Perform hands-on configuration to deliver system enhancements and guide clients through evaluating and adopting new product releases.
• Lead clear client communication and partner with internal Product and Services teams to drive long-term success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions, including implementation, configuration, or consulting.
• Strong problem-solving agility to analyze complex business needs and design practical technical solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external B2B clients.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland.
