Technical Consultant - Quality Systems

As a rapidly growing SaaS company, we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Managed Services team and act as a trusted partner to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite for a diverse range of life sciences companies.
• Configure Vault applications to meet specific customer needs, including workflows, document types, security, and page layouts.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT staff to translate requirements into effective solution designs.
• Act as a customer liaison, managing communication between stakeholders and internal product teams.
• Guide customers in adopting industry best practices and support their transition to SaaS solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, or strong exposure to Quality Management within the life sciences industry.
• Proven experience in a consulting or customer-facing role with the ability to manage expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, comprehend business requirements, and design corresponding solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
