Technical Business Analyst

Link Group is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team and lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex platform integration projects. You will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical execution, mapping end-to-end system flows and translating requirements into actionable specifications for our engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and functional solution analysis.
• Produce and maintain core documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and sequence diagrams.
• Create and manage Jira epics, features, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and document system integrations, API interfaces, and data payloads.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA supporting complex enterprise platforms.
• Functional understanding of API documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, and JSON payloads.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Jira.
• Ability to map complex business processes, transaction flows, and integration dependencies.
• Solid understanding of authentication concepts, endpoints, and environment configurations.
