Technical Advisor

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together to help organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our Global Customer Support Division and support enterprise customers in the successful operation, optimization, and strategic use of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated technical contact for assigned enterprise accounts, maintaining full ownership over technical matters and platform usage challenges.
• Manage critical incidents and escalations by collaborating with internal Support, Product, and RCD teams to ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor system performance and health to identify potential risks or bottlenecks, providing actionable recommendations to prevent issues.
• Consult with customers on platform best practices, system architecture, and performance optimization to align with their business roadmaps.
• Participate in strategic reviews and QBRs, providing internal teams with customer insights to influence product development.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise technical support, professional services, or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, cloud infrastructure, and performance tuning tools like Grafana or Zabbix.
• Strong analytical mindset for investigating system issues, performance degradation, and cross-component dependencies.
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops, explain complex concepts clearly, and manage relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
