Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the innovative TechBio domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, ensuring rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable data solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and future institutional backing.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in data engineering with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on rapid execution and market validation.
