Tech Lead

Amplemarket is an all-in-one, AI-powered sales platform designed to help B2B companies generate more opportunities through advanced lead generation, hyper-personalized sequencing, and omnichannel outreach. We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our product as we continue to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the co-founders on priorities, execution, and technical direction.
• Act as the glue between engineering and product, ensuring alignment across teams and parallel projects.
• Lead greenfield projects from the ground up, building new products powered by LLMs and AI technologies.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers on the team.
• Plan and run engineering sprints to support predictable, high-quality delivery.
• Stay hands-on when needed, including coding, reviewing, and debugging complex issues.
• Recruit and build a strong engineering team, owning the hiring process end to end.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation with the ability to stay close to the codebase.
• Experience in leading projects and providing technical guidance to team members.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on development with people and process management.
• Ability to act as a key point of coordination between engineering and product teams.
• Passion for building scalable solutions and maintaining high standards of quality.
