Tech Lead Go Developer

Andersen is seeking a Tech Lead Go Developer to join a project focused on building a scalable digital freight platform. You will play a key role in delivering reliable logistics solutions while leading a team in a high-load, cloud-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's delivery and execution, including planning, cross-team alignment, and quality assurance.
• Set technical direction, conduct design reviews, and contribute to development with approximately 30% hands-on coding.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on technical discovery, elaborating on ideas and hypotheses.
• Mentor team members through 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Go development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Go internals, including concurrency, memory management, and garbage collection.
• Proven experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, high-load backend systems and microservices.
• Strong expertise in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Kafka, event-driven architectures, and Redis caching strategies.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems.
