Tech Lead - .Net Development (3 Positions)

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join a team delivering modern solutions for a client in the banking sector. You will play a key role in designing and leading the development of scalable, event-driven systems in a highly regulated environment, while supporting the technical growth of the team and driving architectural decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of the development team and drive architecture and technology decisions.
• Design and develop modern event-driven microservices to ensure high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure high code quality and promote engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with modern .NET development and at least 3 years in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering solutions within banking, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Kafka, alongside hands-on experience with Azure services.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes within containerized environments, as well as knowledge of Redis and NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English to effectively collaborate in a distributed team.
