Team Manager & Country Lead

We are seeking a Team Manager and Country Lead in Poland to combine SaaS Managed Services delivery with local leadership, acting as the primary cultural and administrative representative for our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hiring and people management strategy for our Managed Services team in Poland, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and Veeva standards.
• Directly manage a high-performing team of experts and managers through effective resource planning and performance management.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy.
• Engage directly with customers and serve as the escalation and delivery lead on strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional IT consulting experience, including tenure at a global consulting or software company.
• 5+ years of experience managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people.
• Proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams within the Polish market.
• Practical understanding of the Polish tech market and local labor regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
