Team Manager - All Locations

ibex is seeking a dedicated Team Manager to lead, motivate, and coordinate our support teams to ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This role is focused on driving performance, fostering professional growth, and maintaining consistent service levels across all client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to expand their skills and support their career progression.
• Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and resolve behavioral or attendance issues using established management techniques.
• Communicate metric goal attainment and campaign issues effectively to site operations leadership.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and facilitate regular team meetings to maintain alignment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators and the ability to drive team behavior to meet targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a focus on employee motivation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex operational challenges.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt positively to a changing work environment.
