Team Leader - Machine Learing

At neXa, we help businesses grow smarter by designing and implementing advanced digital solutions. We are currently seeking a Team Leader for Machine Learning to guide a high-energy team in delivering large-scale, production-grade ML solutions that drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of machine learning initiatives, from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Define and evolve machine learning architecture, feature engineering strategies, and model lifecycle standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align ML initiatives with strategic company objectives.
• Monitor model performance and drive the adoption of scalable MLOps standards and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience leading technical teams.
• Advanced programming proficiency in Python and SQL, alongside hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong experience with cloud-based ML platforms and building scalable, distributed data processing workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution.
