TSMG is a dynamic field data collection company that specializes in gathering high-quality visual data to enhance global mapping services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Lead to oversee our European operations, managing teams responsible for capturing street-level imagery across various EU countries.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and support a team of data collectors to ensure project success.
• Monitor performance and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate across different functions to meet program deliverables and deadlines.
• Oversee budget monitoring and cost management for your assigned team.
• Conduct risk management at the team level and participate in ongoing training initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in team coordination or management.
• Fluent English skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Strong ability to manage teams remotely in high-stress environments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with experience in preparing reports and presentation decks.
• Flexibility to support field operations, including non-standard working hours.
