Team Lead Buying Home & Living - Maternity Cover (m/f/d)

Limango, part of the renowned OTTO Group, is a leading e-commerce platform dedicated to providing families with a wide selection of products. We are currently seeking a Team Lead for our Home & Living division to join our international team in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team of buyers and assistants across Germany, Poland, and France.
• Steer the strategic and operational direction of the Home & Living, Home Textiles, Furniture, and Technical Goods categories.
• Manage budget planning, assortment alignment, and the continuous optimization of procurement processes.
• Drive performance by sourcing new brands, managing key accounts, and negotiating supplier conditions.
• Monitor category performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, and Logistics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of purchasing or sales experience in e-commerce, ideally within the Home & Living sector.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing international teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of pricing, margins, and campaign-driven retail business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make confident, data-driven decisions.
