Teaching Assistant: Machine Learning Data Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners in our virtual machine learning and data annotation programs, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to succeed in their professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to learners, answering technical questions and fostering discussion via Slack.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during live sessions and assist with session flow to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Grade learner submissions, including exercises and projects, providing constructive and timely feedback.
• Conduct individual office hours via Zoom to offer personalized support and clarity on program content.
• Submit weekly reports summarizing learner progress, accomplishments, and challenges to the program team.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both German and English to provide effective technical support.
• Active AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in data labeling or quality assurance workflows across text, image, or audio.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, generative AI, and the data annotation lifecycle.
• Proven experience in a teaching, tutoring, or mentoring role within a virtual environment.
