TDM Architect

YourITeams is looking for a Senior TDM Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade test data management solutions. In this role, you will lead the strategy and architecture for end-to-end TDM capabilities, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable data provisioning across cloud, DevOps, and test automation environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver enterprise TDM architecture and roadmaps aligned with business requirements and security policies.
• Design and implement data masking, sub-setting, and production data replication strategies to protect sensitive information.
• Integrate TDM solutions with test automation, service virtualization, and CI/CD pipelines to enable self-service provisioning.
• Lead hands-on deployment and configuration of industry-standard TDM tools across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, repeatable, and auditable data provisioning processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience with complex application landscapes, including 8 years in TDM services.
• Proven hands-on expertise with industry tools such as Broadcom TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, or GenRocket.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with XML/JSON parsing and data analysis.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms and integrating TDM into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of data flows, PII masking techniques, and data security controls.
