Taxonomy Analyst with Dutch Language

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Taxonomy Analyst with Dutch Language for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

Timezone: US-based timezone (EST/CST) until 19:00 CET.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Dutch.

• Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, or content classification.

• Experience in data labeling/annotation and data validation.

• Experience reviewing high-volume datasets.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition.

• Ability to communicate professionally in English during syncs, written feedback on data, Slack, and other day-to-day communications.

• Ability to follow labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment.

• Ability to understand localization or multilingual content.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HR/job taxonomy.

• Knowledge of SQL or Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).

Responsibilities:

• Support workflows for France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

• Review and validate data according to provided labeling guidelines.

• Apply taxonomy, metadata, and content classification principles to datasets.

• Perform data labeling, annotation, and validation tasks.

• Analyze high-volume datasets and identify patterns, inconsistencies, or quality issues.

• Provide written feedback on data and communicate findings through Slack and other day-to-day collaboration tools.

• Participate in team syncs and collaborate effectively in English.

• Exercise sound judgment when making labeling and classification decisions.

• Work with localization and multilingual content where applicable.
