Talent Sourcer

TechBiz Global is a German-based international partner specializing in IT recruitment, software development, and consulting services for clients across more than 20 countries. We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our distributed team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and assess top-tier candidates using various social media platforms and advanced search techniques.
• Develop and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and reach.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and HR professionals to align on position requirements and serve as a subject matter expert for the talent market.
• Conduct market mapping to maintain healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, generate actionable insights, and support the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A passion for technology and a drive to challenge the status quo in recruitment processes.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searching, or GitHub is considered an asset, though comprehensive training is provided.
