EPL Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Recruiter with a strong background in Psychology to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, selecting, and managing a high-level CEO talent pipeline across the Eastern Europe region, ensuring we identify top-tier executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify CEO-level talent across Eastern Europe.
• Assess relevant executive profiles to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and maintain a robust CEO talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews.
• Maintain structured candidate information and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology is mandatory for this position.
• Fluent English language skills are required.
• Strong interest in talent identification and executive recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
