We are seeking an accomplished Talent Partner to join our team and focus on the specialist referral network, identifying and engaging top-tier veterinary professionals through proactive, relationship-led recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated headhunting and search strategies to identify high-calibre talent across the UK and internationally.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with specialist clinicians to develop sustainable talent pipelines.
• Partner consultatively with senior clinical leaders, providing market intelligence to influence recruitment and compensation strategies.
• Manage complex recruitment processes, including assessment, candidate management, offer negotiation, and relocation support.
• Represent the company at professional veterinary congresses and networking forums across the UK and Europe.

Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise in headhunting, executive search, and proactive direct sourcing within niche or specialist markets.
• Proven ability to engage passive talent and establish credibility through extended recruitment cycles.
• Strong stakeholder consulting capability with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building skills combined with a resilient approach.
• Experience in veterinary recruitment, healthcare, or similar professional markets is highly advantageous.
