Talent Attraction Specialist, French Speaking - Poland, South Africa & Romania

WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd is seeking a dedicated Talent Attraction Specialist to support our recruitment and client delivery teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and recruiters to identify and attract top-tier talent across various professional levels, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional candidates for diverse roles.
• Conduct complex internet searches using social media, professional networks, and specialized recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pools through proactive networking and direct outreach.
• Perform phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit for our clients.
• Manage administrative tasks, including applicant tracking system data entry and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruitment environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Strong adaptability and flexibility when managing shifting priorities or changing project directions.
• Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously to meet performance goals.
• Proficiency in MS Suite programs and a strong understanding of social media platforms for professional use.
