Talent Applications Specialist (Part-time)

We are looking for a Talent Applications Specialist to join our team and ensure our HR systems are optimized, compliant, and effectively supporting our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Independently configure and customize Talent Applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain system workflows, roles, permissions, and reports while troubleshooting technical issues.
• Translate HR requirements into clear technical specifications and support system integrations.
• Provide first-line support to end-users, deliver training, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Monitor HR data integrity and ensure all applications comply with internal security standards and GDPR.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in configuring and administering HR software such as HRIS, ATS, or performance management systems.
• Strong ability to customize workflows, templates, and system settings to improve operational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• Proficiency in English for vendor communication and documentation, plus fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Analytical mindset with experience in troubleshooting system issues and managing API integration logic.
