Talent Acquisition Specialist

No Isolation is a profitable Scandinavian EdTech scale-up dedicated to helping educators bring learning and belonging to every child. Our AV1 robot is currently deployed in 19 countries, bridging the gap for children who cannot be physically present in school. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow by proactively identifying and engaging top-tier talent across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Map markets and proactively reach out to passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and your professional network.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring or future hard-to-fill roles while screening candidates for cultural and professional fit.
• Manage a smaller share of roles end-to-end, from initial brief through to offer and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and ensure a steady stream of high-quality candidates.
• Track recruitment KPIs, maintain pipeline data, and proactively flag potential hiring risks.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or proactive sourcing with a proven track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Experience working across multiple European markets.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS tools, with a curiosity for leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in German is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of a scaling company.
