Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and conducting interviews via platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Skype.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of job requirements and assessment methodologies for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a solid professional network.
