Creatio is a leading AI CRM and workflow platform that empowers organizations to automate complex processes at scale. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our global team and help us identify top-tier talent across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across various seniority levels for both tech and non-tech roles.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines primarily focused on the US and LATAM markets.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance research, market mapping, and outreach efficiency.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to stay ahead of hiring trends and competitor landscapes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to refine sourcing strategies and conduct initial candidate screenings.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience, preferably with international markets.
• Strong interest in AI and demonstrated experience using modern tools to optimize recruitment workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with international stakeholders.
• Strong research capabilities and proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Proactive mindset with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
