Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align talent strategy with workforce planning needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on market insights, industry trends, and behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Execute new sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates effectively.
• Maintain accurate candidate workflows and system updates to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional and professional experience for every candidate.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a corporate, high-volume, full-cycle recruitment function.
• Proven ability to source candidates across diverse functions and industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
