Talent Acquisition Partner

Insomnia Cookies is a rapidly growing, innovative bakery and delivery brand with over 350 locations globally. We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the high-performing teams that fuel our continued success and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both salaried field leadership and high-volume hourly positions across our bakery network.
• Partner with Operations leaders to identify workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including hosting hiring events and leveraging social recruiting to build strong talent pipelines.
• Drive applicant volume through proactive outreach, community partnerships, and targeted recruiting marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in our ATS and use metrics to optimize hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within retail, restaurant, or multi-unit hospitality organizations.
• Proven success in managing both salaried leadership searches and high-volume hourly hiring.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
