Talent Acquisition Partner, EPM

Thought Logic Consulting is a functionally-led, digitally enabled consultancy operating at the intersection of business transformation and technology innovation. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the recruiting strategy and execution for our growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for the EPM practice, supporting hiring across OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain deep talent networks within the EPM ecosystem, developing relationships with high-value candidates proactively.
• Partner with practice leaders to understand capability gaps, growth priorities, and the talent required to support business objectives.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for highly specialized talent and represent the firm at industry events and user groups.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to leadership to influence hiring profiles and workforce planning.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, specifically within EPM, financial systems, or related consulting markets.
• Existing knowledge of and relationships within the OneStream, Oracle EPM, or Pigment ecosystems.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent in highly competitive markets.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• A builder’s mentality with the desire to create networks, processes, and strategies from the ground up.
