Talent Acquisition Associate (Freelance)

We are currently looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and play a key role in shaping our future recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies by identifying new candidate opportunities.
• Perform direct sourcing through channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidate fit and manage interview logistics in collaboration with project managers.
• Advise internal stakeholders on the candidate landscape and market trends.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience to build a strong professional reputation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
• A growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, agile environment.
• Strong team-oriented approach and commitment to excellence.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
