T Hub - Senior VoIP (IMS) DevOps Engineer

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior VoIP (IMS) DevOps Engineer to join an international team of experts at T Hub. You will work on cutting-edge voice and messaging systems, contributing to the development of innovative AI-driven calling solutions that serve millions of customers globally.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design functional and technical requirements for Voice & Messaging systems, platforms, and AI services.
• Develop, maintain, and automate testing for cloud-native IMS components.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes-based telco platforms within a DevOps framework.
• Support and automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality and rapid service delivery.
• Perform structured troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and participate in on-call duties for critical systems.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in VoIP protocols including SIP, SDP, (s)RTP, Diameter, and IMS with the ability to explain call-flows.
• Strong experience with containerization and cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, and VMware.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, AWX, and FluxCD, alongside scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices using GitLab CI and Artifactory.
• Experience with observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
