T Hub - Senior Project Manager with German

T-Mobile is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the T Hub team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving complex digitalization projects. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate complex, cross-portfolio digitalization projects from inception to completion.
• Lead large, distributed, and cross-functional project teams while maintaining full ownership of the project lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Structure complex requirements and support clients in challenging situations to ensure project success.
• Prepare proposals, manage estimations, and contribute to business development activities.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in managing complex IT or digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional teams and managing budgets, risks, and quality.
• Experience in proposal preparation, project costing, and direct client-facing work.
• Very good command of English, enabling effective communication in a professional environment.
