T-Hub - AI Agents & LLM Engineer

T-Mobile is looking for an experienced AI Agents & LLM Engineer to join the T-Hub team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions, focusing on enterprise-grade production applications that leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and multi-agent architectures to drive innovation in the telecommunications sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered applications utilizing RAG, agentic workflows, and tool-calling frameworks.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for training, validation, and inference.
• Implement robust MLOps and LLMOps processes, including automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Design agent orchestration frameworks and advanced reasoning workflows for autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems while ensuring security and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience deploying AI agents and LLM-based applications in production.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, API development, and distributed systems.
