Systems Analyst (m/f/n)

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join a project for a major EU institution. In this role, you will play a key part in defining system solutions by analyzing complex business processes and transforming them into detailed technical specifications and architectural models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing business processes and requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and business capabilities.
• Designing system and data architectures using UML and enterprise modeling tools, including logical data models and use cases.
• Collaborating with architects, developers, testers, and product owners to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure solutions.
• Creating comprehensive documentation and communicating technical solutions to multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in systems analysis, requirements engineering, and software design.
• Expert knowledge of UML and proven experience in modeling Application and Data Architectures.
• Practical experience with enterprise modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS Architect.
• Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level) and strong analytical skills.
