Systems & Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Systems & Automation Specialist to join our diverse team of over 200 creative experts, helping us leverage technology to drive positive impact and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic architect of our technology ecosystem, ensuring operational data accuracy across all platforms.
• Create and maintain live intelligence dashboards to support leadership in making data-driven decisions.
• Identify and eliminate manual friction by deploying smart workflows across Client Services and Delivery functions.
• Design and implement next-generation AI solutions, including automated alerts and intelligent reporting tools.
• Partner with external specialists to bring custom technical solutions to life.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations technology, RevOps, IT operations, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in managing and governing platforms such as Scoro and HubSpot.
• Proven track record of building automated workflows and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation and AI tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong ability to translate raw operational data into clear, actionable insights.
• Fluency in English.
